Long narrow modern garden

My client had just moved in to a flat above a garage on an estate, with a long narrow garden heavily overlooked by other houses. It was a blank slate, and he wanted a space with the ‘wow’ factor, somewhere to relax after work and to grow plants in. He loves mowing the lawn, too!

I managed to fit in all his requirements including a large ‘veg trug’, a place to entertain and have meals in, a water feature and a more private area to retreat into at the other end of the garden including a firepit. They are all integrated into a modern curving design.
